Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

What You Can Return:

• Unworn Jewellery in original condition

• Items with original packaging and authenticity certificate

• Pieces without damage, scratches, or signs of wear

What We Can’t Accept: 

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

Return Process:

1. Contact us at contact@silvrin.com within 30 days

2. Receive your prepaid return label

3. Pack items securely in original packaging

4. Ship back to us using provided label

Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We’ll gladly exchange for different size or style, subject to availability.
