1. Returns
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, customized products, digital downloads, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [7 business days].

Partial refunds may be granted for items not returned in their original condition or returned after the 10-day return period.
3. Exchanges
